The pacifier holder must be used when your child is awake and supervised. It is attached only to clothes. It should not be used when the baby is in a crib or bassinet. It should not be used as a toy or chew. Do not tie it around the baby's neck or use it when the baby is unattended. Check carefully before each use. Discard at the first sign of damage or weakness. Never extend the pacifier holder! Never tie to cords, ribbons, laces or loose parts of clothing.
