Care: This product does not need to be washed before first use. At the end of the knitting process, the fabric is washed to wash away excess dye residue and to remove knitting oil and dirt. You need to wash as little as possible. Wool regenerates itself in oxygenated air, so it can simply be well ventilated or hung in a damp bathroom after a shower.
Still need to do laundry? Woolen fleece is more sensitive than other woolen fabrics. We strongly recommend hand washing this blanket in a warm, max. In water at 30°C and with a little (biological) wool detergent. Be sure to protect against temperature changes (so don't wash with cold water!). After washing, gently squeeze the water out of the blanket, scrunch it into shape (avoid drilling or rubbing) and let it dry on its own by simply laying it down. If you decide to wash this blanket in the washing machine, please note that you do so at your own risk. You should select max. wool washing program. 30°C and manually set the drilling speed to a maximum of 600 rpm. Use a little wool detergent, do not use fabric softener. Rinsing in cold water can cause the blanket to shrink, so make sure this feature is turned off.
