Flexible reusable Lansinoh Hot & Cold breast pads have a soft surface, so it's easy and convenient to insert them into your bra to neutralize or at least alleviate the potential problems associated with breastfeeding: blocked ducts and mastitis, breast tightness and swelling if they are engorged, so that milk could flow freely. Free of BPA, BPS and latex, they are also designed to fit around a breast pump to stimulate milk and make it flow faster.

Use hot: Hot & Cold 3-in-1 breast compresses can be heated in the microwave for up to 15 seconds to unclog milk ducts and relieve mastitis. The heat stimulates the flow of milk, which means it takes less time to pump the breast.

To use with a breast pump, simply warm the compress as usual, then wrap it around the outside of the pump funnel and fasten.

Use cold compresses: You can also place compresses in the freezer for a few hours to cool down and use cold compresses to relieve pain and swelling that may occur due to engorgement. Thanks to the unique design, these breast compresses are flexible, even when frozen.
