Users manual:

• Peel off the protective tape from the top of the bag and open by gently cutting the sealing tape.
• The bags are pre-sterilized and do not need to be washed before use.
• Add the breast milk to the bag.
• Before closing the bag, measure the amount of added milk according to the indicated scale, then close the bag and mark the amount on the special marking area.
• Close the bag by pressing the double seal. Repeat this one more time to make sure the bag is sealed.

Storing breast milk:
Consult your doctor or other health professional for special instructions on how to store your milk. When freezing milk, do not fill the bag more than ¾ of the volume to leave room for freezing. Date the bags when the milk was discontinued.

How long can milk be stored according to the type of storage:

• At room temperature - 6-8 hours;
• In the refrigerator (up to 4°C) - up to 3 days;
• In the freezer (at -18°C) - 6 months.

How long can thawed milk be stored:

• In the refrigerator (up to 4°C) - unopened for 24 hours;

Defrosting instructions:

• In order to preserve the valuable substances of milk, it should be thawed as gently as possible - within 24 hours in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Do not use boiling water or microwave.
• If necessary, you can thaw the milk under running cold or barely warm water or in a bottle warmer (at a temperature no higher than 37°C). If the milk clumps, you can stir it by simply shaking the bag.
• After thawing, you can put the bag in the refrigerator until you use it. You can keep it in the fridge for 24 hours without opening the bag.
• After opening, store thawed milk in the refrigerator and use within 12 hours. After defrosting, note the reminder.
• Material: The bags are made of safe polyethylene (PE), they do not contain plasticizers or BPA or BPS.

• Do not freeze thawed milk.
• Do not store milk in the freezer door. The door is the warmest part of the freezer.
• Date your expired milk and use the oldest first.

• Leave as little air as possible in the bag when freezing.
