Instructions for use:

• Tear off the protective strip from the top of the bag and open by gently tearing the sealing strip.
• The bags are pre-sterilized and do not need to be washed before use.
• Pour breast milk into the bag.
• Before closing the bag, measure the amount of milk filled according to the scale provided, then close the bag and mark the amount on the special marking area.
• Close the bag by squeezing the double seal. Repeat this four times to make sure the bag is tightly closed.

Storing breast milk:
Ask your doctor or other specialist for special instructions for storing breast milk. When freezing breast milk, do not fill the bag more than ¾ of the volume to leave room for freezing. Date the bags when the milk was expressed.

How long can breast milk be stored according to the type of storage:

• At room temperature - 6-8 hours;
• In the refrigerator (up to 4°C) - up to 3 days;
• In the freezer (-18°C) - 6 months.

How long can breast milk be stored after thawing:

• In the refrigerator (up to 4°C) - unopened for 24 hours;

Thawing instructions:

• To preserve the milk's nutrients, thawing should be as gentle as possible - within 24 hours in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Do not use boiling water or a microwave.
• If necessary, you can thaw the milk under running cold or lukewarm water or in a bottle warmer (at a temperature not exceeding 37°C). If the milk separates, you can mix it by simply shaking the bag.
• After thawing, you can put the bag in the refrigerator until you need it. If the bag is not opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
• After opening, store the thawed milk in the refrigerator and use it within 12 hours. After thawing, make a note.

• Do not freeze thawed formula.
• Do not store the formula in the freezer door. The door is the warmest part of the freezer.

• When freezing, leave as little air as possible in the bag.
