How do you measure your nipple to get the best fit for your breast pump?
Follow our simple instructions on how to measure your nipples to find the right size for your breast shield:
Gently stimulate your nipple to make sure it is straight. Take a ruler or measuring tape and hold it vertically from the base of your nipple to the top of your nipple (excluding the areola). It is worth measuring each nipple as they can vary in size, so you may need a different breast shield on each side. Remember that nipple size can change during childbirth, breastfeeding and pumping, so it is always a good idea to re-check your nipple size from time to time.

• Milk expression: Use when milk flow has been initiated and milk is starting to flow. Use after stimulation mode or immediately after breastfeeding.
• Massage: Use if milk has stopped flowing in pumping mode to stimulate additional flow.
